1. はじめに

Thinklish（以下「本アプリ」）は、日常の思考を英語にする瞬発力を鍛えるアプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリがどのような情報を扱うかを説明します。

2. 収集・保存する情報

端末のローカルストレージ（AsyncStorage）にのみ保存する情報:

• 会話セッションデータ（ユーザーの入力テキスト、AI による英語変換結果、AI の返答、振り返り結果）
• アプリ設定

本アプリはユーザーアカウントの作成を必要とせず、クラウドにユーザーデータを保存しません。すべてのデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。

AI機能利用時に送信する情報: 会話機能および振り返り機能を使用する際、ユーザーが入力したテキストと会話履歴を当社のサーバー（Supabase Edge Functions）経由で OpenAI, LLC に送信します。送信されたデータはサーバーに保存されず、AI 処理のためにのみ使用されます。OpenAI へのデータ送信には OpenAI のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

広告配信のために第三者が取得する情報: 本アプリでは、無料利用回数を増やすための任意のリワード広告（動画視聴）として Google AdMob を利用しています。広告が配信される際、Google LLC が以下の情報を直接取得します：

• 広告識別子（iOS: IDFA / Android: 広告ID）
• IPアドレスから推測される大まかな位置情報（国・地域レベル）
• 端末情報（OS バージョン、機種など）
• 広告の表示・操作ログ

これらは Google AdMob による広告配信、不正検知、効果測定のために利用され、本アプリ自体はこれらの識別子を保存・利用しません。

3. 収集しない情報

本アプリ自体は以下の情報を収集しません：

• 個人を特定できる情報（氏名、メールアドレスなど）
• 位置情報（GPS等の正確な位置情報）
• 連絡先
• 利用統計・アナリティクス

※ 広告識別子・端末情報・大まかな位置情報は、上記のとおり広告配信のために Google AdMob が直接取得する場合があります。

4. 第三者サービスへの情報提供

本アプリは以下のサービスプロバイダーを利用します。各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます：

• Google LLC（AdMob によるリワード広告配信）: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Supabase および OpenAI は、本アプリのサービス提供目的以外にデータを使用しません。Google AdMob は広告配信・効果測定・不正防止のために情報を利用します。上記以外の第三者にデータを販売・提供・開示することはありません。

5. データの保存と削除

すべてのユーザーデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。以下の方法で削除できます：

• 個別削除: ホーム画面の会話履歴を左にスワイプ、またはゴミ箱アイコンから1件ずつ削除できます。
• 一括削除: 設定画面 →「会話履歴を削除」からすべての会話履歴を削除できます。
• 完全削除: アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます。

なお、Supabase / OpenAI / Google AdMob の各サービスに送信された情報は、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。

1. Introduction

Thinklish ("the App") is an application designed to help users practice expressing their daily thoughts in English. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles.

2. Information We Collect and Store

Information stored only on your device (AsyncStorage):

• Conversation session data (user input text, AI English conversions, AI replies, review results)
• App settings

The App does not require account creation and does not store any user data in the cloud. All data is stored exclusively on your device.

Information sent when using AI features: When using the conversation and review features, the text you enter and conversation history are sent to OpenAI, LLC via our server (Supabase Edge Functions) for processing. The transmitted data is not stored on our servers and is used solely for AI processing. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to data sent to OpenAI.

Information collected by third parties for advertising: The App offers an optional rewarded video ad (provided by Google AdMob) that grants additional free usage. When an ad is served, Google LLC directly collects:

• Advertising identifiers (iOS: IDFA / Android: Advertising ID)
• Coarse location inferred from IP address (country / region level)
• Device information (OS version, model, etc.)
• Ad impression and interaction logs

This information is used by Google AdMob for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement. The App itself does not store or use these identifiers.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

The App itself does not collect:

• Personally identifiable information (name, email address, etc.)
• Precise location data (e.g., GPS)
• Contacts
• Usage statistics or analytics

Note: Advertising identifiers, device information, and coarse location may be collected directly by Google AdMob for ad delivery, as described above.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

The App uses the following service providers. Their respective privacy policies apply:

• Supabase, Inc. (API proxy): https://supabase.com/privacy
• OpenAI, LLC (AI processing): https://openai.com/privacy
• Google LLC (rewarded ad delivery via AdMob): https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Supabase and OpenAI do not use your data beyond what is necessary to provide services to this App. Google AdMob uses information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any other third parties.

5. Data Storage and Deletion

All user data is stored exclusively on your device. You can delete it in the following ways:

• Delete one item: Swipe a conversation row left on the Home screen, or tap the trash icon, to delete it individually.
• Delete all: From Settings → "Delete conversation history" you can remove all conversations at once.
• Full deletion: Uninstalling the App will delete all data stored on the device.

Information transmitted to Supabase, OpenAI, and Google AdMob is handled in accordance with each provider's privacy policy.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of any changes to this policy via app updates.
